Responsibilities:
Own and continuously improve new-hire technology orientation across all offices Build and deliver training on core firm systems — desktop applications, financial platforms (time entry, billing, expense management), phone systems, and practice-group-specific tools Design full training programs end-to-end: assess needs, build curricula and materials (guides, manuals, videos, e-learning content), and evaluate what's working Partner with department and practice group leaders to identify gaps and build tailored learning solutions Work alongside IT to support and troubleshoot attorney/staff technology issues (Windows, Microsoft Office, document management, CRM), offering hands-on help in person or remotely as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm setting Strong project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication, with sharp attention to detail Proven ability to assess training needs and design effective, responsive solutions, paired with genuine enthusiasm for driving change #
