Advanced Dealer Solutions is seeking an experienced automotive professional who can connect with people, command a classroom, and translate proven dealership practices into stronger execution and lasting results. This is a hands-on dealership development role for someone who understands the pace and pressure of retail automotive and is ready to make an impact beyond a single store. You will work closely with the Vice President of Dealer Services to deliver training, coach dealership professionals, support product and process launches, and strengthen the tools that power the ADS development platform. About Advanced Dealer Solutions Advanced Dealer Solutions is an independent agency specializing in dealership development for automotive, RV, and powersports retailers. Through custom product solutions and a proven training and development platform, ADS helps dealership partners strengthen performance, improve processes, elevate the customer experience, and build long-term capability within their teams. How You Will Make an Impact- Facilitate engaging, high-energy ADS Skills Courses and other in-person or virtual training programs for dealership professionals.
- Coach F&I, sales, and dealership leadership teams on customer-focused processes, product knowledge, presentation skills, and performance execution.
- Partner with the Vice President of Dealer Services to identify development needs and turn them into practical training plans and dealership action steps.
- Support the rollout and continued adoption of ADS programs, product launches, menu solutions, reporting tools, and dealership development initiatives.
- Create and improve training content for the ADS Learning Management System, F&I Academy, workshops, and field coaching resources.
- Follow up after training to reinforce expectations, support implementation, and help dealership teams convert learning into consistent behavior.
- Represent ADS as a trusted development partner who brings credibility, energy, accountability, and solutions to every dealership interaction. What You Bring
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an automotive, RV, or powersports retail or dealership environment.
- A strong understanding of dealership operations and the customer journey; experience in F&I, sales management, dealership leadership, or automotive training is strongly preferred.
- Confident facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to keep learners engaged and translate concepts into practical action.
- A genuine passion for coaching people, building skills, and holding teams accountable to a high standard.
- The initiative and organization to learn quickly, take on new challenges, manage multiple priorities, and contribute ideas that improve the ADS training platform.
- The ability to read a room, simplify complex ideas, provide constructive feedback, and build trust with everyone from a new F&I manager to a dealer principal. What ADS Provides
