Onsite Position As an Instructor for JD Olathe located in Plain City, OH, you will: Develop and deliver classroom and hands-on technical training for channel partners, Company personnel, and customers Instruct training programs covering products, services, and professional skills, with a strong emphasis on product features, applications, diagnostics, and integrated system technologies Lead assigned subject areas by ensuring technical accuracy, relevance, and effective instructional delivery Develop, update, and maintain course content, instructor guides, hands-on exercises, and supporting training materials Coordinate and liaise with external vendors to support training needs when required Mentor and support less experienced instructors through coaching and technical guidance Incorporate student, dealer, and stakeholder feedback into continuous improvement of training content and delivery Stay current on Ag & Turf products, systems, tools, and service technologies Support training center operations, including equipment setup, classroom readiness, and safety compliance Strong technical knowledge of Ag & Turf equipment, systems, and diagnostics Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences Experience or demonstrated ability to deliver effective classroom and hands-on instruction Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to travel up to 25% occasionally in support of training activities Experience developing, updating, or improving technical training materials Ability to mentor and coach others in a technical or instructional setting Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following: Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Mechanization or equivalent related work experience
