Job Description

Your Opportunity We are seeking an Epic Training & Support Specialist to provide end-user support, workflow assistance, and training, particularly during go-lives, upgrades, and optimization efforts. This role provides frontline support and training to end users, working closely with analyst and build teams to relay real-world feedback. Vytal Health Partners (VHP) is a growing organization affliliated with Vytalize Health, helping independent physicians offload administrative work so they can focus on patients. What you will do Provide at-the-elbow support for clinicians and operational staff during go-lives and major initiatives Deliver end-user training and workflow education for Epic applications Share feedback on workflow challenges observed during support and training sessions. Serve as a subject-matter resource for assigned Epic functionality Assist with workflow testing, training environments, and end-user simulations Troubleshoot moderately complex issues and determine appropriate resolution or escalation Create and maintain training materials and support documentation Support application upgrades and new functionality adoption What will make you successful here Associates degree or Medical Assistance certification or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years experience using Epic as an end user Experience providing Epic application support or training in a healthcare environment Strong understanding of clinical or operational workflows Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Epic go-lives or large optimization efforts Formal or informal training or instructional experience Key Skills & Competencies Workflow observation and feedback Adult learning and facilitation Intermediate Epic application knowledge Relationship building with clinical stakeholders Problem-solving and adaptability Perks/Benefits Annual Bonus Potential 401(k) Match (100% up to 4%) Health Benefits Effective Day 1 Health & Wellness Stipend Please note at no time during our screening, interview, or selection process do we ask for additional personal information (beyond your resume) or account/financial information.
