Job Description:
Provides support for training and educational programs in connection with management, on-the-job training, and employee orientation, including registration, materials, billing, evaluation, and reporting. Maintains records of training activities and associate progress. Monitors effectiveness of programs. Arranges for outside services, such as training materials, audio visual requirements, meals and refreshments, facilities, and other services required for course facilitation. Assembles and distributes course materials as required for each type of program. May assist in the design and development of in-house and/or online courses.Responsibilities:
Prepares, orders, and coordinates the shipment of course materials for training classes, weekly, across North America. Creates, manages, and closes daily training class rosters via DHL's learning management system, My Talent World. Supports facilitators in using the facilitator app to create, manage, and close daily training class rosters. Sends out required pre-work for various training classes, 15-30 people in size, and ensures ample time for attendees to complete the work, given the unique class timeline. Plans/sets up lunches for groups of 15-30 people for training classes offered on site weekly, and supports off site classes as needed. Works with facilities department to request printing for class journals. Manages 360 Feedback on the Certified Supply Chain Manager Portal. Monitors and responds to questions and requests submitted via the Learning and Development email inbox. Various administrative tasks as assigned.Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Associates Degree, or some college experience, preferred.
- Two to four (2-4) years of administrative experience, required.
