The Polaris Consulting Group of OK is looking for an enthusiastic and driven entry-level Customer Consultant to join our growing team in Norman, OK! This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in customer consulting, working directly with clients to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions Represent the company professionally in face-to-face customer interactions Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs Collaborate with team members to develop effective customer outreach strategies Track and report on customer interactions and sales activity

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment No prior experience required — full training provided Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow professionally Must be located in or able to commute to
