WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
•As a Footwear Operations Specialist II on the Footwear Creation Learning & Development team, you will be part of a highly motivated, technically focused learning and development team dedicated to building foundational footwear knowledge and advancing technical and functional expertise across the Footwear Product Creation organization. The team designs and delivers engaging learning experiences that fuel creation and manufacturing capabilities, accelerate skill development, and foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and product excellence. In this role, you will serve as a key operational partner to program managers and content creators, ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs, content development initiatives, and learner experiences. You will support cross-functional teammates by managing processes, maintaining operational standards, and driving efficiencies that improve program delivery and scalability. Working closely with team leads and stakeholders, you will help enhance the accessibility, awareness, and adoption of technical training resources. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data, feedback, and process optimization to elevate learning experiences and strengthen technical footwear expertise across the organization.
MUST-HAVE
Associate's degree or 4+ years of equivalent education, experience and training Proficiency with MIRO and Airtable, whiteboarding and database tools Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Premier) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Strong project management skills, ability to prioritize, and deliver outcomes Ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly Excellent attention to detail; organized and analytical Strong creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify needs, research solutions, and drive appropriate actions Dynamic self-starter and strong results orientation
NICE-TO-HAVE
Learning and development experience is a plus Adobe LMS and Articulate Rise360 experience is a plus
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTIONS
Associate's degree OR 4+ years of equivalent education, experience and training
