Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Youth Development Professional to inspire and guide young individuals through engaging programs and activities. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and facilitate youth group activities, including educational games, sports, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures Ensure the safety and well-being of children and youth through vigilant supervision and adherence to child safety protocols Implement behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and positive conduct among participants Maintain a clean, organized activity space that encourages creativity and engagement Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings, including daycare, camps, or youth programs Knowledge of first aid, CPR, AED operation, and first aid protocols for emergency response Proven ability to lead team activities and facilitate youth group engagement effectively Join us as a Youth Development Professional and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to nurturing the next generation!
