In this on-site role within Education & Training and Community & Social Services, you will provide case management, supportive counseling, and crisis intervention; lead social-emotional and life-skills groups; and coordinate referrals to internal and community resources. You will collaborate with academic, career training, and residential staff to promote accountability, respect, and inclusion while helping students remove barriers, stay engaged in training, and successfully transition to employment or further education in a structured, mission-driven environment.
