Job Description
Overview:
A Dunkin' Network Trainer is generally responsible for implementing training and training systems within a network to uphold brand standards, for providing restaurant teams with training focused on great guest service, and for maintaining those training systems to ensure clean, safe, and organized restaurant operations. This role requires a passion for facilitation and an understanding of best practices for adult education.Responsibilities Include:
Lead and implement sustainable training systems for your network, restaurant and team Offer guidance, coaching and support to managers as they work to maintain sustainable training systems in each restaurant Work to gain an indepth knowledge of brand standards, recipes, and systems Know and follow food safety standards Understand the restaurant menu, including limitedtime offers and promotions, and be able to answer both team member and guest questions Design and implement sustainable training systems in restaurants to ensure highest levels of safety, guest service, and cleanliness Monitor employee response to training and adapt training as needed for individual learners Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations Work closely with directors, above restaurant leaders, restaurant managers, and teams to develop and implement training and professional development opportunities Provide opportunities for best practice sharing throughout the networkEducation/Experience:
Training certificate or relevant experience preferred Key Competencies Works well with others in a fastpaced team environment Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills Willingness to learn and adapt to change Understanding of effective teaching methodologies, especially those that pertain to adult learners Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple projectsPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:
Standing on feet Repetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reaching Lifting objects, including boxes, ice, and products up to 20lbs (if applicable) Working in a small spaceJob Types:
