Main Street Corporate OfficeDuties:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Bank's training and employee development programs under the direction of the Corporate Training Manager. Assists with scheduling training sessions, reserving meeting space, preparing training materials, maintaining attendance records, and coordinating participant communications. Maintains employee training records within the learning management system (LMS), tracks completion of required compliance and professional development training, and prepares routine reports. Assists with onboarding logistics by scheduling orientation sessions, preparing new hire materials, and coordinating training assignments. Supports the coordination of virtual and in-person training events by arranging technology, materials, and other event logistics. Assists with updating training documentation, procedures, presentations, and training resources. Provides general administrative support to the Corporate Training Manager and contributes to the efficient delivery of training and employee development initiatives. Periodic travel throughout the Bank's footprint may be required to support training activities and onboarding programs.
Skills:
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Experience:
One to two years of administrative,, training, banking, or related experience preferred. Experience coordinating meetings, maintaining records, or providing administrative support is desirable. Customer service experience is beneficial.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
