We're currently seeking a Development Operations Specialist who is passionate about organization, data, and making an impact behind the scenes. This position is the operational hub of our Development team, ensuring donor information is accurate, fundraising efforts run efficiently, and leadership has the data needed to grow philanthropic support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary administrator for the organization's donor CRM, maintaining accurate donor records, gift processing, data integrity, and database maintenance. Process and reconcile charitable gifts, ensuring accurate coding, acknowledgements, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies and fundraising best practices. Generate recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, fundraising metrics, and data analyses to support Development leadership, Finance, and executive decision-making. Analyze donor and campaign data to identify trends, measure fundraising performance, and support donor stewardship and retention strategies. Prepare and segment mailing lists, support donor communications, and assist with donor and prospect research for fundraising initiatives. Support fundraising events, development campaigns, and special projects as needed. Assist with CRM enhancements, system improvements, and implementation of best practices to improve operational efficiency. Prepare presentations, board reports, and other materials while maintaining department procedures, documentation, and project tracking tools. Collaborate with Development, Finance, Marketing, and program leadership to ensure efficient fundraising operations and exceptional donor service. Maintain strict confidentiality of donor information and uphold ethical fundraising standards. Required Qualifications Associate's or bachelors degree in business administration, communications, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent education and experience will be considered. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in fundraising operations, nonprofit administration, database management, or a related administrative role. Experience working within a donor CRM system is required. Experience generating reports, analyzing data, creating mailing lists, and maintaining confidential information.
