Our client, autonomous vehicle technology company is seeking a Trainer
•Mission Control to join their team. As a Trainer
•Mission Control, you will be part of the Training Department supporting the Mission Control Team. The ideal candidate will have training background, strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and collaborative teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

$35.15/hr What's the Job? Provide training support to new hires and experienced operators through classroom facilitation, coaching, and hands‑on demonstration Review performance feedback and address training gaps escalated by instructors or Training Coordinators Grade hands‑on assessments and deliver actionable feedback to Training Coordinators Conduct formal audits of operator performance for both new and established learners Assist with training materials, curriculum updates, and participate in validation/testing missions What's Needed? Mission Control experience — at least 3 months as a fully trained operator AV industry background with 1-3 years of experience Strong communication skills for coaching and technical explanation Time‑management proficiency and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Flexible schedule with willingness to travel up to 25% What's in it for me?
