Candidates must be able to work directly on w2 without requiring sponsorship now or in the future Role OverviewOur organization is seeking a BI Enablement professional to support organizational change, learning, and adoption as the company transitions from legacy reporting practices to a modern environment centered on Power BI and Databricks. The consultant will partner with functional analysts and field users to develop training materials, facilitate virtual learning, plan analyst onboarding, and strengthen stakeholder alignment. This role is essential for driving the adoption and effective use of new business intelligence tools across the enterprise. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport change and learning activities for functional data analysts and field users during the transition to Power BI and Databricks.

Design and deliver structured training programs, including workshops and onboarding paths for analysts.

Plan and support the execution of Polaris Academy, an analyst onboarding curriculum.

Facilitate the Catalyst analyst community through communications, monthly webinars, office hours, and shared resources.

Create training deliverables from storyboards, including videos, guides, and other curriculum materials.

Help establish a stronger source of truth and adoption model for the evolving reporting and data environment.

Analyze adoption metrics, engagement trends, and feedback to improve enablement programs.

Partner with BI developers and data teams to align enablement with product releases.

Required Qualifications5-8 years of experience leading BI-focused learning and organizational change programs.

Hands-on experience with communications, training, and stakeholder alignment.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI.Proven ability to design storyboards and create training assets using tools like Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, or comparable software.

Experienced virtual facilitator who can develop materials and deliver both ad hoc and structured training.

A collaborative, approachable team mindset with documented success driving change initiatives.

Strong relationship-building, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred QualificationsDatabricks experience.

Prosci / ADKAR experience or certification, with project outcomes valued over certification alone.

Experience with community collaboration tools such as Viva Engage.

Distribution, retail, or logistics industry experience.

Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS) administration.

Certification in Adult Learning Theory or Change Management.
