$85,000 - $125,000+ Total Compensation (Base + Performance Bonus) Base salary dependent on experience About Spartan Floor Coatings Spartan Floor Coatings is a fast-growing franchise brand specializing in concrete coatings and full garage transformations. We currently support 18 franchise partners across 40 territories in 11 states—and we're continuing to expand.Our model is built on:
Strong systems Hands-on training Performance-driven execution We work directly with our franchise partners to help them operate, grow, and scale successfully. The Role We're hiring a Corporate Sales Trainer to support franchise owners and their teams through onboarding, training, and ongoing performance development. This is a hands-on, field-driven role—not just training from a desk. You will work directly with owners and sales teams to: Improve sales execution Reinforce systems and standards Drive consistency and performance across locations What You'll DoFranchise Onboarding & Training Support and deliver in-person onboarding for new franchise owners and teams Ensure new locations are prepared to operate confidently Reinforce sales process, customer experience, and core systems Ongoing Coaching & Development Provide virtual coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews Lead structured check-ins to support continued growth Drive accountability and consistency across all locations In-Market Field Support (40-50% Travel) Work directly with owners and sales reps in the field Observe in-home sales and real-time execution Deliver hands-on coaching, feedback, and improvement plans Identify gaps and implement practical, results-driven solutions Performance & Standards Alignment Support franchisees in improving sales performance and close rates Reinforce CRM usage, reporting, and operational discipline Partner with leadership to maintain alignment across the network What We're Looking ForExperience 3-5+ years in sales training, coaching, or sales leadership Strong background in home services or in-home sales (flooring, coatings, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, etc.) Experience working across multiple teams, locations, or territories Franchise system experience is a plus Skills Deep understanding of field sales execution and performance drivers Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable Confident working both in-person and virtually Strong communicator who can build trust and drive adoption Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities What Success Looks Like New franchise owners ramp quickly and execute with confidence Improved close rates and sales consistency across locations Strong adoption of systems, structure, and processes Productive, trusted relationships with franchise owners and teams Why Join Spartan Fast-growing franchise system with strong momentum Direct impact on franchise owner success and business growth Hands-on role with real field involvement—not just theory Work closely with leadership in a high-performance environment Apply Today If you have experience in home services, understand in-home sales, and know how to coach teams to perform—we want to connect.
