Position Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill Trainer Coordinator Representative positions. This role is ideal for candidates interested in leadership, training, and professional growth within the financial sector. You will play a key role in coordinating training programs, supporting team development, and helping new professionals transition into professional roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding and training programs for new team members Assist in implementing training processes and systems Work alongside licensed financial professionals, trainers, and coaches Support team growth through mentorship and leadership development Maintain a high level of professionalism in all client and team interactions Collaborate in team-based environments to achieve company goals Help cultivate a positive, supportive workplace culture
