Job Description
Lead Technical Trainer (Hybrid) (224182-14) An established organization is seeking an experienced Lead Training Delivery Facilitator to oversee the delivery of instructor-led and virtual training programs while providing day-to-day leadership for a team of facilitators. This role balances hands-on training delivery with coaching, quality oversight, scheduling support, and operational coordination to ensure a consistent and effective learning experience. Working alongside management, the Lead Training Delivery Facilitator will help coordinate team activities, mentor facilitators, resolve day-to-day challenges, and promote continuous improvement across training initiatives. You must also have your own laptop or computer, ability to use Chrome, a quiet place to work, reliable internet connection, and a headset. Laptop or computer must meet the following requirements: • Must have a minimum Wi-Fi speed of 50 Mbps. • Must have Windows 10 or above with 11th Gen intel i7 processor equivalent or better, 32GB RAM or more, and an installed/maintained antivirus software. Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Location Downtown, Honolulu, Oahu Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the training team while serving as a senior facilitator Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for end users and stakeholders Coach, mentor, and support facilitators to promote consistent, high-quality training delivery Partner with management to coordinate facilitator assignments, classroom coverage, and scheduling Provide guidance and day-to-day support while helping resolve training or operational issues Observe training sessions and provide constructive coaching and performance feedback Promote best practices and ensure consistency across all training programs Collaborate with business partners to ensure training content remains accurate and effective Support onboarding and development of new facilitators Monitor learner feedback and recommend improvements to training materials, delivery methods, and team processes Assist leadership with reporting, planning, and special projects as needed Qualifications 6+ years of corporate training, facilitation, learning & development, adult education, or related experience Previous experience leading, mentoring, supervising, or coaching training teams required Demonstrated ability to coordinate team workloads and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills Excellent classroom facilitation and presentation abilities Experience delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
