Learning & Development Specialist | Pro Resources (Hybrid) Are you passionate about empowering others to grow in their careers? Pro Resources Staffing Services is looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join our team!
What You'll Do:
Design, implement, and manage engaging staff learning programs Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions to diverse groups Research and recommend innovative training methods Collaborate across departments to support new initiatives and continuous improvement Maintain process documentation and explore new software platforms Support staff with our applicant tracking system and integrated platforms Pursue ongoing professional development to stay ahead of industry trendsWhat We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field Proven ability to build strong relationships with team members, managers, and external partners Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Microsoft Teams experience a plus Proficiency in video editing software Creative problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning Willingness to regularly travel to other Indiana Pro Resources offices and also attend out-of-state training 1-3 times annually Staffing industry experience preferred Ability to work onsite in either Angola, Plymouth or Elkhart, IN Pro Resources office Why Join Us?
