Full Job Description Location:
For Those Who Work At Home, Washington Job Summary The PCB Development Consultant will deliver targeted skill building and core training to the licensed banker population to build confidence and skills with the branch teams, delivering on the Mass Affluent Strategy. The PCB Development Consultant collaborates, partners and influences the KIS ML, Market Retail Leaders, and Area Retail leaders to close gaps performance gaps. Responsibilities Foster and champion the training & development of a 'best in class' team of Key Private Client sales professionals throughout their first year of development as a Licensed Banker; inclusive of obtaining licenses, through putting it into practice and refining skills and approach. Execute on a 1 year licensing onboarding plan to support individual performance success. Leads a cohort group of new PCB's throughout their first year, acting as the portal and catalyst for skill development- connecting the dots into a successful Branch Banker.
- Ability to communicate face to face and on the phone with clients, frequent use of hands to manipulate/grasp objects, occasional bending and lifting from floor height, frequent lifting of 1

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00- $150,000.
