Job Title National Trainer, Educational Services Job Description Summary If you've got high energy, strong attention to detail and a passion for educating the market, this role could be just for you. As National Trainer in the North American Educational Services organization, you will own, manage and execute a variety of strategic initiatives. This role reports to the Chelmsford, MA based Educational Services organization and is responsible for the execution of delivery within the Academy team. You will work to provide a consistently branded and streamlined educational offering to support other N. American regional teams. As National Trainer , you will impact the success and value provided by North American Axis Communications' Academy program. The Academy includes in-person classroom-based training and virtual with more than 10,000 customers trained annually. Responsibilities Deliver educational offerings for strategic partners and end customer accounts Deliver engaging and informative training sessions through a variety of mediums, including instructor-led classes and virtual sessions Estimated 80-90% Platform Utilization Support upfront content analysis for private training requests Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps for customers and opportunities for skill development Provide content reviews and classroom equipment support Support multi-business area Training delivery, pre-scheduled and on-demand Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and make recommendations for continuous improvement Support new Trainer onboarding and the execution of general Trainer Readiness Essential Skills Optimistic and excited attitude to taking on new projects Preferred knowledge of Axis and/or related products Analytical, inquiring and critical thought process Develop new ideas, systems and technology, and analyze and improve old ones Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results Customer service orientation with strong relationship management abilities Capable public speaker Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications Organized, high-level of detail orientation with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload; excellent use of time management Skilled communication abilities at all levels of the organization Original and creative problem solving; confident decision making Proactive, focused, independent drive Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of relevant experience Valued but not required skills or experience Master's Degree Technical product knowledge Previous experience as a technical trainer or project leader managing various elements of a training program Experience in the Security/Information Technology industry Industry certifications such as PSP, CPP, or partner technology certifications Axis Certified Professional Target Salary The approximate pay range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 OTE. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
