Prevention Center Services Liaison Exchange Club Centers for the
Prevention of Child Abuse:
The National Exchange Club Full-time - Toledo, OH, based or remote Limited travel required The National Exchange Club is seeking an excellent and qualified candidate to serve as a resource and advocate for its national network of community-based Exchange Club Centers for the Prevention of Child Abuse. This position bridges National Headquarters and prevention center directors, providing the tools, training, and connections centers need to deliver quality services to families. Key responsibilities Provide technical support, awareness resources, and educational materials to prevention centers across the network. Generate and share project ideas and awareness materials that foster connection between Exchange Club prevention centers and local Exchange Clubs. Lead professional development initiatives for nonprofit Exchange Club center staff, including the Annual Symposium held in conjunction with the organization's National Convention, new center director orientation, and Exchange Parent Aide program training. Conduct needs assessments and provide consultation services to centers in the areas of programming, training, evaluation, and organizational management. Maintain and update prevention-related website content to ensure information remains current and accurate. Facilitate prevention-focused committees at the National level. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in organizational management or a related field. Previous experience in a center executive-level or comparable leadership capacity. Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in program development, management, evaluation, and training. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate people, projects, and resources effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based platforms, and online resources.
