We're looking for an experienced teacher, instructional coach, or school administrator to lead professional development and help coordinate the school grant program that brings ClassGaga into classrooms. Teachers guide the classroom experience and use our tools to plan and differentiate instruction. You'll help schools put these resources to work. What you'll do Lead engaging professional development. Deliver practical virtual sessions that prepare teachers and administrators to use ClassGaga. Connect classroom needs to instruction. Help educators use ClassGaga's teacher tools to plan differentiated support and monitor student progress. Tailor support to each school. Adapt training and resources to the school's goals, grade levels, and instructional routines. Help coordinate school grants. Respond to applicant questions, support application review, and coordinate award paperwork, onboarding, and launch timelines. Build lasting school relationships. Follow up after training, resolve implementation challenges, and keep next steps organized. Improve what we build and deliver. Share educator feedback, refine training materials, and contribute insights to school stories and case studies. Who will thrive here You earn colleagues' trust, explain ideas clearly, and follow through. You enjoy helping adults learn and bring sound instructional judgment to the use of AI. Five or more years of K-12 experience in classroom teaching, instructional coaching, or school leadership. A master's degree in education, mathematics, instructional leadership, or a related field. Experience leading professional development, mentoring educators, or guiding an instructional initiative. A strong understanding of differentiation, teaching, and the practical demands of school implementation. Clear, thoughtful communication with teachers, principals, and district leaders. Strong organization, comfort with digital tools, and the ability to support several schools independently. Experience in math and reading instruction, intervention, special education, curriculum leadership, or school technology implementation is especially valuable. An active or former teaching or administrator certificate is preferred. Current and former teachers, instructional coaches, and school administrators are encouraged to apply.
