The Product Trainer will travel as part of a three-person regional training team (Pod) and deliver hands-on software training, demonstrations, and adoption support to branch employees. Trainers will receive comprehensive product training before deployment and will use client-provided curriculum and training materials. This position is focused on delivering training rather than developing or curating course content. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver instructor-led software training and demonstrations to end users at assigned branch locations.
  • Explain system functionality, workflows, and operational changes in a clear and approachable manner.
  • Provide hands-on support as users practice navigating and using the platform.
  • Assist users with platform configuration and adoption activities within the defined training scope.
  • Reinforce the purpose and business value of the platform to encourage adoption and utilization.

  • Partner with the team to provide a consistent training experience across locations.
  • Gather user feedback, identify common knowledge gaps, and communicate observations to the Lead Trainer.
  • Confirm that users have completed required training activities before the team exits each location.
  • Participate in initial product enablement, train-the-trainer activities, team check-ins, and ongoing knowledge-sharing sessions.
Follow regional travel schedules and maintain professional communication with branch employees, client stakeholders, and project leadership. Represent our client and Insight Global professionally throughout the engagement.
