Full-Time Join Trissential and Lead Enterprise‑Scale S/4HANA Training That Drives Real Adoption Trissential is hiring an experienced SAP Learning Transformation Lead to join our client's enterprise team and lead training for a large‑scale, globalSAP S/4HANA
implementation. This is a critical, high‑visibility role on a business‑transforming program—ideal for a senior training professional who has personally owned and delivered global ERP training end to end, not someone who has only supported delivery or advised from the sidelines. - Enable users to confidently adopt new processes, roles, and technology Your Role & Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end global training strategy and delivery for the
SAP S/4HANA
program, from design through post‑go‑live sustainment Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and translate insights into actionable, region‑specific training plans Design role‑based learning journeys for corporate, manufacturing, operational, and regional users using ILT/VILT, e‑learning, microlearning, simulations, and job aids Hands‑on development and oversight of training content using modern learning and digital adoption platforms Design and facilitate train‑the‑trainer programs to enable regional trainers and SMEs Apply strong S/4HANA process and security role knowledge to ensure training is accurate and business‑relevant Partner closely with OCM, functional leads, SMEs, and IT to align training with adoption goals Establish training governance, quality standards, and sustainment strategies to ensure long‑term adoption Operate independently in a lean, fast‑paced environment, managing multiple workstreams and providing clear leadership update Skills & Experience You Should Possess 10+ years of experience in training leadership, global learning, or enterprise transformation roles Proven ownership of global training strategy and delivery for a large SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementation Demonstrated experience conducting Training Needs Analysis and building executable training plans Hands‑on experience developing training content (not just managing vendors or reviewing materials) Strong understanding of how system changes translate to end‑user behavior, roles, and security Experience supporting operational, manufacturing, or complex enterprise environments Strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance strategic leadership with detailed execution Bonus Points If You Have Experience with SAP Enable Now or similar learning content development tools Background in change management methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent) Experience delivering training for manufacturing, supply chain, or enterprise operations Prior success on large‑scale ERP or digital transformation programsEducation & Certifications You Need:

- $180,000 annually or $103
- 113 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography. Comprehensive Benefits for you and your dependents
