This role focuses on high-volume, onsite training delivery, hands-on floor support, and user readiness across multiple LA County offices. This is not a general corporate training role. It is for someone who has trained large user populations on complex IT systems and can operate confidently in public-sector environments. You will deliver instructor-led training, support hybrid learning models, guide users through Salesforce workflows, and provide onsite support during go-live. This position requires a California-based candidate and regular onsite work throughout Los Angeles County. Required Experience Candidates must have all of the following: At least two years of experience delivering onsite or hybrid training for IT implementations with 5,000 or more active users. At least two years of experience developing training materials across multiple formats, including guides, job aids, presentations, and videos. Demonstrated proficiency training users on Salesforce features and workflows. California residency and availability for regular onsite work in Los Angeles County. Nice to Have Experience in child welfare, health and human services, or public-sector environments. Experience providing onsite floor support during system deployments. Experience facilitating hybrid learning environments. Familiarity with organizational change management practices. Not a Fit For This Role This role is not aligned with backgrounds that are primarily: Corporate L&D without IT implementation experience Salesforce admin work without training delivery Helpdesk, desktop support, or break/fix roles QA testing, cybersecurity, or data analytics Classroom teaching without enterprise system training experience Work Location and Travel Must reside in California. Regular onsite work across Los Angeles County. What You Will Do Training Delivery and Facilitation Deliver onsite instructor-led training sessions for end users. Facilitate hybrid training sessions that support both in-person and remote participants. Tailor training for executives, supervisors, and frontline staff. Demonstrate Salesforce functionality and guide users through hands-on workflows. Onsite Support and Go-Live Readiness Provide hands-on floor support, answering real-time questions and reinforcing system workflows. Support User Acceptance Testing, Production Simulation, and go-live activities. Assist with readiness tracking, user access, training environments, and system setup. Offer post-training support including office hours, refresher sessions, and over-the-shoulder coaching. Training Materials and Documentation Develop participant guides, job aids, quick reference materials, presentations, and recorded tutorials. Maintain FAQs, knowledge articles, and user support materials. Update training content based on system enhancements, policy changes, and user feedback. Leadership and Coordination Serve as a lead trainer and mentor to junior trainers and proctors. Coordinate training activities across multiple LA County sites. Support training strategy, logistics, scheduling, and reporting. Ensure consistency in messaging, delivery, and user support across all training teams. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with KPMG, county leadership, OCM teams, and functional teams. Communicate training progress, attendance, readiness, and adoption metrics. Identify training needs and adjust delivery methods for different user groups.
