Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
Working individually and with application consultants to create, maintain, and update training materials, user guides, and on-demand tutorials for legal applications.Training Delivery:
Conduct in-person, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for our attorneys and staff.System Specialization:
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on core legal systems. (See list of software applications below.)AI Integration:
Train staff on approved AI-driven tools and resources.Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide support and troubleshooting assistance to users, including root cause analysis and resolution of application-related issues.Technology Adoption:
Collaborate with practice groups to understand needs and promote best practices for using legal tools. Work closely with IT Manager for approval and implementation.Document Production :
Assist legal assistants, paralegals and attorneys with documents, template and software application troubleshooting.Software Application Maintenance :
Together with IT colleagues, test, configure, provide release notes and upgrade approved software applications.Vendor Management :
Work with vendors for support and evaluating technology upgrades and training.Software Product Feedback:
Provide product feedback to legal software providers to help drive product enhancements and improvements.Qualifications:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in legal training or legal technology consulting.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in server software applications and web technologies.Ai:
Demonstrated working knowledge of AI-powered tools and platforms.Analytical Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve integration and maintenance issues, together with IT colleagues.Education:
Bachelor s degree preferred; law firm experience is highly desirable.Communication Skills:
Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training for non-technical users.Key Software Applications:
