In this role, you'll partner directly with customers to guide them through onboarding and training, helping them confidently use our software to power their organizations and communities. What you'll do Lead engaging, effective training sessions for a wide range of customers with different needs and experience levels Travel to customer sites to support go-live events and ensure a smooth, successful transition Serve as a primary trainer for small to mid-sized implementations Build strong relationships with customers and create a positive, supportive training experience Gather and apply customer feedback to continuously improve training delivery and outcomes Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and resources Develop a strong understanding of Daxko's products and the member-based organizations we serve Contribute to team goals and OKRs, and support process improvement initiatives What you bring 1-2 years of experience in training, customer support, education, or a related field Confidence leading conversations and presenting information to groups Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly A problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex or unexpected situations Comfort working independently, managing your time, and prioritizing competing needs A calm, professional approach when handling challenging customer situations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to learn new technology and teach others how to use it effectively A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally What to expect Up to 75% travel to support customers during critical onboarding moments A collaborative team focused on continuous learning and improvement Opportunities to grow your skills in customer engagement, training, and SaaS products Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Daxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce. We typically reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for team members who have grown within Daxko. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other performance-based incentives.
