The Role Everblue is seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver engaging,hands-on training in energy efficiency, weatherization, building performance, and related technical disciplines. This role is ideal forsomeone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping others develop practical skills that lead to meaningful careers. As a member ofEverblue's instructional team, you will facilitate classroom and field-based training, support workforce development initiatives, and helpprepare participants for industry-recognized certifications and success in the field. We train statewide and nationally and will workwith you to deliver training where it creates the greatest impact. Everblue provides instructor onboarding, curriculum support, and ongoingprofessional development to help instructors succeed. What You'll Own Deliver engagingclassroom, virtual, and hands-on field training aligned with Everblue certification and workforce development programs Facilitatepractical exercises and demonstrations while maintaining a safe and effective learning environment Travel throughout Georgia and theSoutheast as needed to support training delivery Assess participant performance through field evaluations, skills demonstrations,and written assessments Collaborate with curriculum developers, clients, and operations staff to continuously improve trainingprograms Prepare and maintain training materials, equipment, and classroom resources Provide exceptional customer serviceand represent Everblue professionally with clients, partners, and participants Support workforce development initiatives that expandopportunities within the energy efficiency industry What We're Looking For Experienceteaching, training, coaching, mentoring, supervising, or developing adult learners Strong communication, presentation, andinterpersonal skills Ability to facilitate learning in both classroom and field environments Proficiency with MicrosoftOffice, Zoom, and related technology platforms Ability to manage logistics associated with travel-based trainingassignments Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly Ability to work independently and adapt to changingpriorities and training environments Preferred Qualifications Experience in energyauditing, weatherization, building performance, solar installation, HVAC, construction, facilities maintenance, building trades, or relatedtechnical disciplines BPI, RESNET, NABCEP, LEED, or similar industry certifications preferred Experience deliveringtechnical, workforce development, apprenticeship, certification, or adult education programs Experience conducting hands-on skillstraining in field environments Candidates with strong technical experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply,even if they do not currently hold industry certifications.
