Department USD-Ctr Prevention of Child Maltreatment Physical Location of Position (City) Unspecified Posting Text The Center for the Prevention of Child Maltreatment (CPCM) at the University of South Dakota is seeking a part-time Trainer to support foster families across South Dakota. This position will facilitate high-quality pre-licensure training using the National Training and Development Curriculum (NTDC), engage directly with families through virtual and (occasional) in-person sessions, and track trainingpletion in collaboration with licensing partners. Trainers will also participate in outreach and recruitment events, helping to connect families with the resources and education they need to succeed. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in social work, education, psychology, public health, or a related field, along with strongmunication and facilitation skills. Experience in child welfare or adult learning is preferred. This is a statewide position with flexible hybrid/remote work options.
