Job Description
Regional LP Gas Technical Trainer & Tech Support
Location:
CT/ MA / NY/RI
Reports To:
VP Heating & LP Sales
Pay Range:
$90,000 - $125,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Train internal and external customers on Gas Division products
- Maintain a broad knowledge of both commercial and residential Propane systems
- Job site visits as required to field support our contractors with trouble shooting.
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Participate in company and factory provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
- Ability to deliver technical training in a classroom environment
- Ability to train internal salesman on product lines
- Ability to do ride days with O/S in the territory and make joint sales calls as needed
- Knowledge of Phocas to identify areas of opportunity
- Work with GM's and SM's on Training Opportunities to target growth
- Ability to develop key relationships with Webb sales people, management, and customers
Qualifications:
- 10 years of Industry Experience
- Understanding of Propane Systems
- Ability to present to multiple different customer types
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Must possess a high level of customer service
- Able to work within a team environment
