This role is ideal for a motivated technician with NEBB or AABC certification who enjoys hands-on field work, client interaction, technical documentation, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Perform HVAC test and balance work on assigned projects, including field measurements, balancing logs, and accurate reporting. Serve as a primary contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing responsive, professional service. Manage multiple projects, coordinate technician schedules, communicate project expectations, and support timely completion. Train and support technicians by providing technical guidance, field support, and ongoing development. Identify potential sales opportunities, assist with proposal submissions, and provide insight into system efficiency improvements. Maintain accurate project documentation, safety compliance, field data, scope status, and communication with the Operations Manager.
