Role:
As a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for onsite training and ongoing skill-building. This role will create and deliver training programs, implement new processes, and maintain training documentation (including SOPs). The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Epicor Eclipse, strong problem-solving abilities, and strong organization skills to manage priorities and training schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide onsite training for all new employees to ensure successful integration into company processes and systems. Hold regular employee training to reinforce best practices, productivity, and compliance. Implement and train new processes across departments as business needs evolve. Create, maintain, and update training documents, SOPs, and training materials. Support users with Eclipse-related training and workflows. Identify training gaps and improve training content, delivery methods, and documentation accuracy.

Requirements:
Eclipse experience required (2 years preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot training/process issues Ability to work independently and collaborate with others across teams Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple training needs Training and presentation skills (comfortable leading onsite sessions) Ability to translate processes into clear training steps Organized, dependable, and responsive to business priorities Professional communication and ability to coach others
