Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team and drive the development and delivery of impactful training programs across our organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training initiatives that enhance employee skills, foster professional growth, and support organizational objectives. Your expertise in instructional design, adult education principles, and learning technology will empower our workforce to excel and adapt in a rapidly evolving environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead innovative training solutions that make a measurable difference. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging training programs tailored to various audiences using instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) and OJT (On-the-Job Training). Design e-learning courses and instructional content utilizing platforms like Adobe Captivate, LMS (Learning Management System), and other e-learning tools to deliver scalable learning experiences. Coordinate employee orientation sessions, onboarding processes, and talent management initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new hires and ongoing development. Manage training project timelines, resources, and deliverables through effective program management practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Conduct needs assessments by understanding aspects of the different positions, collecting data, researching best practices, and analyzing performance metrics to inform curriculum development. Facilitate training delivery in classroom settings or via virtual platforms with strong public speaking and communication skills. Evaluate employee progress through assessments, feedback collection, and performance management tools such as, CentrallyHR, Workday or HRIS systems to measure training effectiveness. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of learning technology trends, adult learning theories, and organizational design principles to continuously enhance training offerings. Requirements Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and adult education principles with a strong understanding of learning theories instruction. Demonstrated ability to develop employee training programs within a human resources context, including onboarding, professional development, and succession planning initiatives. Proficiency with LMS platforms (such as Enterprise Learning Management systems), e-learning content development tools like Adobe Captivate or similar software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery, public speaking engagements, and mentoring sessions. Knowledge of change management strategies and talent management practices to support organizational growth. Experience with HR systems such as CentrallyHR, Workday or HRIS platforms. Ability to analyze data collection results for continuous improvement of training programs. Prior classroom experience or corporate training teaching experience is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills combined with conflict management abilities to foster positive learning environments.
