Support training functions such as recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, training/skill development, and administrative tasks. Create videos for machines and production guides. Help ensure training content is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned with instructional standards. Work on assigned tasks independently as appropriate, while being open to instruction. Learn and follow the current Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to quality objectives. Support the development of learning materials and projects as assigned. Stay current on learning and design trends and help identify innovative learning solutions. Research, evaluate, and test new learning tools and technologies as needed. Your Qualifications High school diploma and currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field. Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal). Self-motivated & driven to achieve results. Assertive approach to solving problems. Ability to prioritize and work independently. External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
