Experience with military tactical communications systems/equipment (Ultra Electronics-DNE Technologies/Harris/Thales/General Dynamics) Experience with CPA, Radio programming, and the SKL loading process. Experience with software-defined radios (SDR), HFNHF/UHF SATCOM, and COMSEC Experience with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) and Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate (ADDIE) processes. Knowledge of establishing training needs analyses. Experience with developing training curriculum Possess good communication and presentation skills. Must be capable of occasionally lifting and moving objects weighing up to 75lbs
Experience Requirements:
Seven (7) years of professional training experience, to include: establishing training needs, developing goals and objectives, developing training programs, and applying the instructional system development (ISD) process.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology or related training systems discipline. Working towards Training Certification.
