Job Responsibilities Answering phone calls and assisting students with general information. Help with classroom set-up for upcoming training. Conduct inventory of course materials, prepare course certificates, and assist staff with day-to-day operations of the office. Minimum and Additional Requirements Computer knowledge, with good typing skills. Excellent communication and telephone skills. Must be dependable and reliable with good customer service skills.
