WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to understand their roofing needs and help guide them through the restoration and replacement process.

Responsibilities include:

Meeting with homeowners to discuss roofing concerns and project needs Conducting roof inspections and documenting findings Educating customers on available roofing solutions and the restoration process Scheduling appointments and coordinating with internal teams Following up with customers throughout their project Maintaining accurate CRM notes and activity records Participating in ongoing sales training and professional development This is a relationship-focused role where communication, professionalism, and follow-through are essential.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Every new team member receives structured onboarding and continued support, including: Two-day Fundamentals Training A 12-week Sales Development Program Ongoing coaching, mentorship, and leadership development Hands-on field training with experienced sales leaders
