Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Communication, or a related field.

At least two years of related professional experience.

Experience coordinating training programs, facilitating learning experiences, instructional design, learning management systems, or employee development initiatives.

Excellentmunication, project management, andanizational skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across aplexanization. Preferred Qualifications

Experience developingpetency-based learning programs.

Experience with leadership development programming.

Experience working in higher education or another large, decentralizedanization.
