Position Summary:

Lead training and onboarding for new and existing teammates on patient access workflows, systems, processes, and role-specific responsibilities Assess training needs and develop training programs, materials, and resources in collaboration with leadership to support departmental goals and teammate success Evaluate training effectiveness through quality reviews, performance trends, and leadership feedback, providing coaching and retraining as needed Maintain and update training content, ensuring alignment with current systems, workflows, policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives Serve as a liaison across departments to identify process improvement opportunities, promote standardization, and support operational excellence and a positive patient experience

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED required; associate degree or related healthcare certification a plus 2-4 years of experience in healthcare operations, patient access, or outpatient imaging preferred Experience with scheduling, eligibility, and prior authorization strongly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to provide on-on-one and group training Previous experience training, onboarding, coaching, or supporting teammate development preferred
