Job Summary:
Consult with staff and leadership to gather training requirements and develop instructional materials, incorporating feedback through structured revisions. Engage with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and design targeted learning solutions, refining content through multiple review phases. Use Adobe Creative Cloud to create images and layouts for multiple projects. Collaborate with SMEs to develop and enhance training courses, contributing to course structure, content organization, and visual design to improve learner engagement and comprehension. Collect, review, and synthesize course evaluation data, providing actionable insights that inform course updates and enhance overall training quality. Package and publish training materials as SCORM-compliant courses within the LMS. Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports for multiple contracts by summarizing key metrics. Coordinate cross-functional communication to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery of training materials and records. May provide stand-up training on a variety of topics. Assist in the development of job analyses and training plans as needed. Interface with management and external clients regarding training issues. Conduct or support training program management assessments.
Requirements and Education:
Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of experience in instructional material design, project layout, Adobe Suite, iSpring software, and DOE compliance.
