Job Summary:
The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator supports the L&D Team by coordinating both in-person and virtual instructor-led learning sessions, calendaring licensing appointments, following up with new hires, and developing learning materials as needed. This entry-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects and has a passion for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare learning materials for all training sessions Manage and maintain the training calendar, including scheduling, logistics, and notifications Manage invitations for virtual training sessions and track attendance Organize and version-control training assets; ensure accessibility and consistency of documentation Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and improve training content Assist with basic content updates to WordPress pages related to training resources Support ad-hoc L&D projects as assigned by the
Director of L&D Qualifications:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred 1-2 years of experience in related fields (training, education, etc.) Strong business writing Ability to learn new platforms and incorporate them into the daily workflow Proficient in Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Calendar, GMail, etc.) Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously Excellent organizational and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information Key Goals Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization Ensure training materials remain current and relevant by routinely updating content Why Join Us?
