This role is central to developing top-tier sales professionals—equipping them with the skills, product knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in every customer interaction. You'll serve as both a coach and mentor, leading structured training programs while fostering a culture built on accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Design and deliver engaging training programs for new and existing sales representatives Coach team members to improve communication, confidence, and closing ability Partner with leadership to align training with company goals and performance targets Support recruiting and onboarding by identifying and developing high-potential talent Maintain and refine training materials, scripts, and performance tracking tools Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights Lead one training class per week (3-4 days per session) What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, or sales management Proven track record of improving sales performance and team results Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Experience developing structured training programs and materials Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital training tools Highly organized with strong attention to detail Adaptable and creative in tailoring training to different learning styles Industry experience in water treatment or home improvement is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Health, dental, and life insurance Paid time off Monday-Friday schedule for strong work-life balance Long-term growth and advancement opportunities If you're passionate about developing people, driving measurable results, and building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.
