Trainer - DFW Airport Tracking Code DFWTRN Job Description Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a Trainer at DFW Airport Position Summary Conduct New Hire Training and mandatory Regulatory Training as required Conduct Account Refresher Training (Technical & Customer Service) Coordinating & Scheduling Courses for Designated Clients Administer Course Advisories, Submit Reports & Related Administrative Duties Manage Designated Client Training for both Technical and Customer Service Training Maintain Employee Training Records Material Preparation, Course Development Regular Communication with Business Manager / Client Airlines Assist with line duties as required by Designated Accounts Conduct Emergency Response Training Perform Leadership training to internal staff Required Skills Proficient knowledge of international airport operations (systems and procedures) Strong operational experience on international or domestic airline Knowledge of airline computer systems Experienced leadership abilities Organized & strong planning skills Good attendance record Impeccable appearance/Business presentation Positive attitude towards Company & staff Experience in classroom instruction preferred Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills Excellent and effective communication Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office CBT programming & reservations experience a plus Good coaching & listening skills Creative, exhibits progressive, forward-thinking ideas Able to make presentations to large groups Ability to work independent and in a team environment Motivator & supportive & Self-confident Ability to follow instruction Must be able to work flexible hours and travel Dependable & reliable Problem solving abilities Flexible to change & Proactive Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items. Required Experience Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 year experience with an international or domestic airline account as managerBasic Requirements:
