Trainer - DFW Airport Tracking Code DFWTRN Job Description Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking a Trainer at DFW Airport Position Summary  Conduct New Hire Training and mandatory Regulatory Training as required  Conduct Account Refresher Training (Technical & Customer Service)  Coordinating & Scheduling Courses for Designated Clients  Administer Course Advisories, Submit Reports & Related Administrative Duties  Manage Designated Client Training for both Technical and Customer Service Training  Maintain Employee Training Records  Material Preparation, Course Development  Regular Communication with Business Manager / Client Airlines  Assist with line duties as required by Designated Accounts  Conduct Emergency Response Training  Perform Leadership training to internal staff Required Skills  Proficient knowledge of international airport operations (systems and procedures)  Strong operational experience on international or domestic airline  Knowledge of airline computer systems  Experienced leadership abilities  Organized & strong planning skills  Good attendance record  Impeccable appearance/Business presentation  Positive attitude towards Company & staff  Experience in classroom instruction preferred  Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills  Excellent and effective communication  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office  CBT programming & reservations experience a plus  Good coaching & listening skills  Creative, exhibits progressive, forward-thinking ideas  Able to make presentations to large groups  Ability to work independent and in a team environment  Motivator & supportive & Self-confident  Ability to follow instruction  Must be able to work flexible hours and travel  Dependable & reliable  Problem solving abilities  Flexible to change & Proactive  Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items. Occasional lifting of 23 kg; 32 kg with assistance
Required Experience Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 year experience with an international or domestic airline account as manager
Basic Requirements:
