Job Description Product Quality & Technical Specialist As the Product Quality & Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for training, guiding, and supporting our logistics partner in daily operations while ensuring the company's processes and quality standards are consistently followed. We are looking for a practical, self-driven professional who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen.

Your responsibilities include:

Training and coaching 3PL logistics partner's personnel on local processes and work instructions

Monitoring local process compliance and identifying improvement opportunities

Supporting daily troubleshooting and operational problem-solving

Acting as the primary contact person for operational and quality-related topics at the North America Distribution Center (NAM DC)

Owning and maintaining local tools, equipment, and work instructions

Collaborating closely with global teams to resolve issues and improve performance You will serve as the local expert for: The company's product portfolio

Product kitting and configuration in a 3PL warehouse setting

Inbound quality control

Product returns inspection and evaluation

Product change management

Product quality cases and investigations Key Qualifications Proactive, entrepreneurial, and hands-on "can-do" mindset

Independent problem solver with strong ownership and follow-through

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools, hardware, and assemblies

Ability to learn new products, processes, and technologies quickly

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities

Energetic team player with a continuous improvement mindset

Relevant technical education (Associate Degree or equivalent preferred)

Training, coaching, or leadership experience is a plus

Manufacturing, assembly, repair, or distribution experience preferred

Willingness to travel to the company's headquarters in Finland, for approximately two weeks of onboarding, training, and product knowledge information.

This is a fully on-site position located near the Dallas (DFW) airport area
