Job Description Job DescriptionAn Insight Global client in the Oil & Gas industry is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support a large-scale Managed Service Provider (MSP) outsourcing transformation. This individual will play a critical role in preparing employees for new responsibilities by developing and delivering training programs focused on vendor management, service level agreement (SLA) monitoring, and other operational functions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) background with a focus on learning and development. This person will curate, organize, modernize, and deliver existing and new training materials into engaging learning experiences. This role will also leverage AI-enabled learning tools such as Synthesia, Copilot and other Microsoft products and provide recommendations on additional training technologies or delivery methods. The position will require periodic onsite support for training bootcamps, workshops, and roadshows, while training development work can largely be completed remotely. They are open to new ideas and tools to make this role more efficient.
