Available Help for . You will work alongside the ENGIE North America Hedging & Risk team. In this role, you will help map operating and development risks, determine how to mitigate these risks, and implement solutions. In this role the you will also monitor various power markets, benchmark trading performance, and identify opportunities to optimize revenues for Renewables and Battery Storage projects. Program Structure (24 months) Mission 1:9-12-month A first local immersion in the Houston, TX office

Mission 2:6-month Second assignment abroad in one of ENGIEs R&F geographies, gaining exposure to crosscultural teams and new operational realities

Mission 3:9-month A consolidation local mission in the Houston, TX office designed to deepen expertise to prepare for the landing role. Focus on business contribution, autonomy, and ability to manage small projects or workstreams Key Learning & Development Features Technical skills development: Energy Markets, financial analytics, trading, hedging, risk management, financial planning, contract structuring, asset management

Leadership exposure, ENGIE strategy, Graduate Network, and Culture

On-the-job training and field learning What Youll Bring Minimum of a bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, finance, engineering, economics, or related quantitative discipline

Interest in the energy industry, with a particular focus in trends of power markets, and growth of renewable energy and battery storage

Analytical with the ability to synthesize complex data, identify key trends and risks, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations

Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA) and data platforms to automate workflows, analyze large datasets, and support risk management, trading, and commercial decision-making

Exceptional planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex analytical projects, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results within established timelines
