What You'll Do:

✅ Train and mentor individuals in job-related skills. ✅ Develop personalized strategies to support success in the workplace. ✅ Assess needs and tailor coaching to meet unique goals. ✅ Provide constructive feedback and encouragement. ✅ Help individuals build confidence and independence.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Experience in job coaching, training, or mentoring (preferred). ✔ Strong communication and people skills. ✔ Ability to motivate and inspire others. ✔ Excellent time management and organizational skills. ✔ Access to a computer and internet for reporting and communication. ✔ UNTWISE (University of North Texas) Job Skills Training Certification required (30-hour course, $135 fee, valid for 3 years paid by applicant). ✔ Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
