Randstad is currently hiring Performance Coaches to support our client's team on-site in Richardson, TX. As a Performance Coach, you will serve as a key bridge between management and front-line associates. You'll be responsible for mentoring employees, tracking key performance metrics, onboarding new talent, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met.Qualifications:
Experience:
1-3+ years of experience in team leading, coaching, supervisory, or training roles (experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus).Skills:
Communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.Tech Literacy:
Basic proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or tracking software to log metrics and attendance.Traits:
Self-motivated, dependable, adaptable, and empathetic.Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Available shifts:
Friday, Saturday and Sunday 5am-5pm Monday- Thursday 5am-3:30pm Monday

Provide daily feedback, guidance, and training to on-site associates to help them hit productivity and quality targets.Performance Tracking:
Monitor individual and team metrics, identifying areas for growth and implementing action plans for underperforming staff.Onboarding & Training:
Lead orientation sessions, welcome new hires, and facilitate hands-on training for operational processes.Engagement & Retention:
Foster an encouraging, inclusive work culture to reduce turnover and drive employee satisfaction.Safety & Compliance:
Promote and enforce safety guidelines, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.Communication:
Collaborate closely with Randstad account managers and client site leadership to align on daily goals and operational priorities.
