Job Description

KP Staffing in Saginaw is hiring Tech Trainers on 2nd shift for an electronics manufacturer in Alliance.
Position Summary:
In this role, you will oversee and administer production training to new employees in a classroom setting. Will be responsible to train in front of 30 - 40 people at a time, schedule training classes, organize course materials and speak in front of a large crowd. Ensure all training programs run smoothly and effectively. Work closely with other departments with the development, delivery and coordination and recording of their training sessions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Must be able to work the hours of 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.  Must be able to read, write and speak English in a large group setting  Must be able to work independently  Must be energetic and self-motivated  Oversee the scheduling and coordination of training sessions  Oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.  Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
 2 years' of training experience required  High School Diploma or equivalent  Must have an understanding of the manufacturing process  Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, (Word, EXCEL & PowerPoint) required  Ability to maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality a must  Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain good working relationships with management, non-management personnel  Ability to work independently and to prioritize workload to meet deadlines  Possess excellent customer services skills
Pay:
$25.000/
HR Schedule:
