Job Description
Position Summary:
CZT Energy USA, Inc. is seeking a Safety Training and Field Operations Specialist to make safe work expectations consistent across our manufacturing facility. This role delivers and documents training, supports new and temporary workers, conducts field observations, and helps ensure that safety requirements are understood and followed on every shift. The Specialist reports to the Safety and Compliance Lead and works closely with production leaders, the Safety Coordinator, HR and Administration, and staffing partners. Essential Responsibilities Deliver and document new hire, temporary worker, task specific, and refresher safety training. Build and maintain a 30 60 90 day task qualification process for new employees and temporary workers. Maintain the training matrix, attendance evidence, qualification records, recurring training schedule, and training materials. Conduct floor observations, shift safety huddles, personal protective equipment checks, basic job hazard analyses, and worker coaching. Confirm that staffing agency employees complete required safety orientation and site specific training before beginning hazardous work. Develop and provide English Spanish training materials and instruction when qualified. Verify training effectiveness through employee conversations and field observations, not attendance records alone. Support incident and near miss investigations, corrective action communication, safety committee activities, and follow up across shifts. Immediately escalate machine guarding, hazardous energy, or other serious risk concerns to the Safety and Compliance Lead.Required Qualifications:
Three or more years of experience in manufacturing safety, production training, quality, operations, or a related industrial setting. Experience delivering training, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with frontline employees. Strong floor presence, sound judgment, organization, and follow through. Familiarity with personal protective equipment, machine guarding, lockout tagout awareness, caught in between hazards, electrical awareness, emergency response, safety data sheets, and incident reporting. OSHA 30 certification and experience supporting temporary workforces are preferred. English Spanish bilingual fluency is strongly preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including second shift or other off shift coverage when assigned.Work Environment and Schedule:
This is an on site manufacturing role. The position requires regular time on the production floor and the ability to work around machinery, noise, moving equipment, and other industrial conditions while using required personal protective equipment. The normal schedule is full time. A defined shift differential applies when the position is assigned to an eligible off shift schedule.Benefits:
